Architectural Review Committee 

The Architectural Review Committee (or ARC), is a board of persons that reside over the neighborhood in order to maintain a cohesive appeal and design. Each request will be submitted to the ARC and reviewed. Once submitted, the committee will decide whether or not your request is approved or denied. With each denial, there will be commits on why the request was denied and what can be changed in order to have your request approved. All decisions made by ARC will be solely made on design and aesthetics.
