Builders Warranty
After purchasing your new home, you will benefit from a one-year builders warranty with Sandor Construction. This will cover repairs and replacements of most major home components due to failure. This is not a home warranty. Please be aware that repairs are not instantaneous and may experience delays due to hours of operations, part orders, scheduling, or weather. Warranty Claims can be submitted either through your personal BuilderTrend page or by filling out the form below.

If your home requires repair, submit a Warranty Repair Request form via our online portal. Please review our warranty guidelines above to prevent denial of claims.
